All four endpoints are live. The examples show real responses, not invented ones — these numbers come from a measurement on 2026-09-20.

What we do NOT replace

If you need any of these, Google (or another provider) stays in the picture — better to know now than halfway through a migration.

• Street ViewNo street-level panorama, and none planned: photographing every street is a fleet problem, not an API problem.
• Live trafficOur router computes on the static road network. Travel times are real, but it does not know whether the road is jammed right now.
• Public transportNo timetable-based routing. Car, bicycle, pedestrian and truck are there.
• Google reviews and ratingsOur place data comes from OpenStreetMap: name, category, opening hours, photo. No star ratings, no reviews.
• Satellite imagery at Google resolutionWe have a satellite layer from open sources, but it is not Google aerial resolution. At street level in a city this is visible.

What it costs

Our own prices. The billing unit differs between the two services (tile units here, loads and calls at Google), so we do not print an "N times cheaper" figure — we show ours, and when the quota runs out it pauses instead of invoicing.
